WEIGHTLIFTING

Olympic weightlifting is a sport and training method that focuses on two highly technical and explosive barbell lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. It’s all about moving heavy weight fast, with precision and control. 

 

Our weightlifting class is for lifters of various skill levels working to improve their technique, strength, and explosive power. The atmosphere is focused and energetic. Olympic weightlifting is one of the most efficient ways to train both your body and mind.​​​​​ It’s technical, challenging, and rewarding.

Monday - Thursday:  5am - 8pm

Friday:  5am - 7pm

Saturday & Sunday:  6am - 1pm
