CLASS MEMBERSHIPS

Access to all group classes:
CrossFit, Aerobic Overload, Powerbuilding, Olympic Weightlifting, Competitor & Open Gym

 

All classes are capped at 20 members.. Sign-up prior to the start of class is required. 
 

Memberships are billed on a monthly basis.

Friday:  5am - 7pm

Saturday & Sunday:  6am - 1pm
