SMALL GROUP training
At City Strong Athletics, group training is built for more than just sweat. It’s designed for real, lasting results. Every 60 minute session delivers a complete training experience with intentional programming and a team-driven atmosphere that pushes you to rise stronger every day.
With a maximum of 5 clients per session, small group training keeps the focus high and the coaching personal. You’ll train alongside others, but your journey stays your own,. With coaches guiding you every step to help you move better, train smarter, and stay consistent.
