KIDS ACADeMY
Our Kids Classes are built to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of movement, strength, and confidence. All in a fun, energetic, and safe environment.
Each session combines age appropriate functional movements with games, teamwork, and skill-building to help kids stay active, engaged, and excited about fitness. We break our programming into three age groups to match development and ability:

Gladiators (Ages 7–12)

TITANS
Movement through play, balance, and body awareness
Our youngest crew learns to move with confidence through fun, games, and foundational movement patterns.
We keep it playful while teaching the basics of coordination, control, and active listening.
GLADIATORS
Coordination, strength foundations, and motor skills.
This group builds on movement quality with strength focused games, bodyweight exercises, and agility work.
Kids learn to move with purpose while developing teamwork, discipline, and physical confidence.


SPARTANS
Athletic development, strength training, and confidence under guidance.
Our most advanced group begins to train like athletes by learning proper lifting technique, conditioning, and functional movement.
With a focus on discipline and mindset, Spartans gain strength, grit, and leadership skills that carry far beyond the gym.
