Our Powerbuilding class is where classic bodybuilding meets modern strength and conditioning.

 

It’s all about controlled, intentional lifting while focusing on hypertrophy, symmetry, and raw strength, paired with a finisher that gets your heart rate up and your engine firing. Because at City Strong, we don’t believe in lifting heavy and walking out without breaking a sweat.

what to expect

Bodybuilding Style Training
Targeted, structured lifts with a focus on form, tempo, and muscle development. Think classic push/pull splits, supersets, and accessory work to build muscle that moves with purpose.

​

Strength Progressions
Build foundational power with compound lifts like squats, presses, and pulls, dialed in to maximize growth and performance.

​

Conditioning Finishers
Every session ends with a burner. Whether it’s intervals, sleds, carries, or circuits, your lungs will work just as hard as your muscles.

​

Balanced Programming
Look strong, feel strong, and be strong without sacrificing endurance, athleticism, or work capacity.
