what is crossfit?
CrossFit is a high intensity fitness training program that blends weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and functional movements into constantly varied workouts. It's designed to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, speed, agility, flexibility, and power all at once.​
Every workout is declared a WOD (Workout of the Day), timed, scored, and constantly varied to test your limits.
CrossFit programming combines:
• Olympic lifting (snatch, clean & jerk)
• Powerlifting (squat, deadlift, press)
• Gymnastics (pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups)
• Cardio (running, rowing, jumping rope, biking, skiing)

You're in the right place, and you're not alone!
We welcome all fitness levels, especially beginners. If you’re new to working out or CrossFit, our Foundations Class is the perfect place to start. This introductory program is designed to teach you the fundamentals, from proper movement techniques to workout flow, in a supportive, low-pressure environment.
