AEROBIC OVERLOAD

Aerobic Overload classes are designed for pushing capacity, dialing in endurance, and testing mental grit. From long intervals to short sprints: row, ski, bike, or run, we hit it all. You’ll move with purpose and intensity, no matter the modality.

But make no mistake, this isn’t cardio fluff. You’ll still hit moderate resistance training to stay strong and athletic, even when the lungs are burning.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Mixed Modal Conditioning
Rotating through the rower, ski erg, air bike, running, sleds, and more. We keep it varied to build well-rounded, adaptable endurance.


Targeted Energy Systems
Each session focuses on a different conditioning zone: aerobic base, intervals, threshold, or VO2 max  so you develop true capacity, not just sweat.


Moderate Resistance Work
Functional strength training is still in the mix: kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, and bodyweight to keep you strong under fatigue.


Programmed Intensity
Whether it’s steady pacing or high intensity bursts, every workout is structured for a purpose, not just chaos.


Accessible for All Levels
Whether you're an athlete looking to level up your engine or someone who just wants to move better and breathe deeper, this class scales to your pace.
